Permanent tooth doesn't appear.

My baby's tooth is fallen down but it's more than 6 month crossed permanent tooth doesn't appear on that place. Is there any problem??

Looks like left central is aboutto erupt. Do see a dentist or pedodontist.  Theyl do a clinical examination and radiograph to check and let you know. Meanwhile make him bite on frozen carrot sticks to help eruption under adult supervision since it is a choking hazard.

Wats d age of ur baby ?? At times there is a delay in eruption of teeth . Not to worry .but if ur keen visit a nearby dentist and get an x ray done for d same tooth
