Permanent teeth size

My son is 6 his baby teeth fell and permanent teeth have erupted but they are not big as it should be they are small in size or looks like they have stopped growing . Is it possible to stop growing or they will grow more .

Your son is six only. Even if the permanent teeth are visible they have not errupted completely. It will take 2 more years to come into proper occlusion. Don't panic, they are just errupting and will definitely grow into normal size with age.
