Permanent teeth became loose

My 8 year old son fell from bed and his down two permanent teeth are shaking slightly.what shall.i do now.plz suggest

X-ray required for proper treatment If proper formation of root of these teeth are completed then we can do root canal treatment and fixed this teeth and then after followed by crown when permanent dentition complete

That must be upper or lower anterior teeth . Upper anterior teeth at 7-8 year and root complete at 10-11 yr of age  and Lower anterior teeth at 9-10 year of age Tooth mobility after trauma can be due to 1. Mobility due to trauma which will resolve with time it might require splitting of teeth followed by rct if Tooth is symptomatic 2. Fracture of teeth - final diagnosis and prognosis will be made after oral and radiographic examination 3. Fracture of bone-final diagnosis and prognosis will be made after oral and radiographic examination Visit dental clinic asap

Ideally you should visit a dentist for a check up. Till then avoid checking it again and again as it will not let the tooth heal. ALSO, very important is to check if the tooth color is changing, usually after trauma, tooth can become dead and become blue/black. If that's the case, rush to the dentist for further treatment
