Whenever a pemanent teeth is erupting and its preceding milk teeth has not shed, you need to visit a dentist and get the milk teeth removed. Getting an orthodontist opinion also will help you asto why milk teeth isnt shedding on time.

The milk tooth should be removed. Then the permanent tooth will automatically shift to its normal position. Please consult a dentist

That's normal. The teeth will move into position as the milk teeth exfoliate
