I got periods on 7th of January. But the bleeding stopped on the second day. Again today i.e on 16th January I started bleeding again. What does this indicate?

this indicates that you are experiencing irregular shedding which can be due to low estrogenisation of the endometrium in the proliferative phase of menstrual cycle. Follow up.
