Periods not coming

2025-10-26 19:07:46
Hi, I’ve usually had regular menstrual cycles, just 2-3 months irregular but that too not consecutive. But over the last four months, my cycle lengths have been 35 days for first month, 40 days 2nd month, 50 days third month. 30 days (back to normal), and now 37 days and I still haven’t gotten my period this month. I wanted to ask if this pattern could indicate PCOD or something related to it, or if it might be due to some other temporary hormonal imbalance instead.

You need ultrasound scan and blood test to know the reason.
