Hi Dr, In Feb 2023 I missed my periods and after 7 days went for sonography and found out simple ovarian cyst on left ovary but without any medicine and treatment I got my periods and after that my periods were regular till November 2023 but in December I am late by 3 days and no chances of pregnancy. What could be the reason for late periods ???

Three days is too early to get worried. Please wait for another 4 days, get a sonography of the lower abdomen done and consult a Gynaecologist

There could be various reason for delayed periods. Thyroid fluctuations, pcos, prolactin levels being abnormal.
