If you are sure that there is no chance of getting pregnant ( no coitus)... Then you can wait and watch till next cycles.. It may be Hormonal imbalance.. If still no menses on next cycle then plz do USG pelvis and can take medicine for withdrawal bleeding... Tab Meparate 10 mg for 5 days..

If you are sure you are not pregnant then you can wait for few more days for periods to come. Sometimes stress might postpone periods. If same thing gets repeated in next cycle too then get done your investigations by consulting your gynaecologist

Dear Get urine pregnancy test done if you are sexually active. If not then don't worry. Periods can get delay due to several reasons like stress, environmental changes, lifestyle changes, thyroid problems, excessive exercises. And if your periods are usually irregular then get one USG done and report to your gynecologist.

Hello dear user, if you are not sexually  active   then you should not worry  for missed periods, as periods can be missed due to many causes, like stress, excessive  exercise, dieting, thyroid problem, change of location etc. If always your periods  are  late then you should  go for USG and hormonal  test. If you have  any more quaries, I will be happy to answer.
