Last time my gyno prescribed deviry for 5 days for delay periods. After completing course I got periods within 5 days for continuous 5 days... However.. after 3 to 4 days again I can see bleeding and spotting.. my periods again started

You should get yourself examined. Get a thyorid profile, prolactin levels and USG done. If everything is normal then due to some hormonal imbalance your periods are irregular
