Periods for more than 10 days

I am having prolonged periods this month for more than 10 days now. It started around 27-28 Sept and is still continuing. The flow is not heavy like first days but 1 pad is being required per day. Also in the month of September, the periods started in a gap of less than 20 days from its last day around 15th of same month. Please advice

causes if this can be hormonal imbalance , thyroid disorders ,fibroid , polyp ,ovarian cysts etc. you need to do an ultrasound pelvis as baseline test. then consult with me directly online
