I have a 28 days cycle and periods got delayed.having to much stomach pain bloating And now I am having light bleeding .what that means

How delayed were the period? Get an ultrasound done to find out the reason for the pain n bloating Are u sexually active, if yes u need investigations to find out the reason for the light bleeding
