Period with pain 2 weeks post partum

I'm 20 days post partum. Went through second c section on 29september. After c section my bleeding got arrested but came few drops a day but today I can see full fledged period like discharge with extreme pain in groin area. Feel pain to poo n pee also. Is this normal?
