My period is 23 days late and no signs of it coming all the pregnancy test is negative. Always having this issues I have done fertility thyroid and other tests they all negative. Could it be an infection std

No this is not the sign of STD.If all hormones level are normal then hormones imbalance only.Get done ultrasonography to know exact status of ovaries.With reports meet to gynaecologist and take medicine for withdrawal.
