If I get my period after 5 7 days of devir mg than next should I have to take again devir mg? and date of next period will be new or as earlier date before taking devir mg?

You don’t need to take deviry every time unless your periods are delayed. Date of next menses will be same as or around the date when you got menses after deviry.
