Period Missing Problem
My period has not come from 10 days. My last month period date was 9th Dec 2019. I also did a pregnancy test but that negative has come.
My period has never been missed in my whole life so far. That's why I'm feeling a little worried.
So may I know the reasons and what should I do now. Plz give me your suggestions.

If you have any sexual contact and as you told this is first time so I would like to suggest you consult gynaecologist and you should go beta HCG because sometime urine pregnancy kit not show but beta HCG can you postive results.
Before doing anything first consult with gynecologist.

firstly you may have to repeat pregnancy test again or you better consult a doctor and get a scan done to check what the problem is. sometimes there are chances that you miss your period due to climate or food or hormonal changes... so better you consult a doctor

Do pregnancy test after some days or wait for natural menses for few days.
Take black sesame 1tsp with 1 piece of jaggary.
Twice or thrice in a day.

Urine pregnancy test should be done 10 days after missing ur periods. So I think u did early. So repeat test.
