I go to gym regularly and do a lot of yoga and workout.I am slightly underweight (i have become now),from a calorie deficient diet.Now i am working on myself .I am getting late period from 3 months.It is 5-6 days late.Is it because of nutrition deficiency and being underweight or due to hard exercise.What should i do for this problem.I lost 20 kgs from cardio exercises,and dieting,can this also be the cause of the irregularities
If every month your periods are delayed by 5-6 days it is normal as your cycle has become of 35 days
