Is beta hcg test accurate..my period is delayed by 15 days and home urine pregnancy test is negative two times

Beta HCG positive in various other conditions also. But if you are considering pregnancy and yourbeta hcg levels are levels are high then in all probability you're pregnant

If the urine pregnancy test by using home kit s negative twice then chances of you being pregnant are less likely as these kits hv high sensitivity too. However still you cn go for a beta hcg blood test to confirm the same
