I have spot of blood before my periods I am suffering from Irregular periods sometimes it comes in mid of month, nearly it occurs in the end of month or start.

The gap  between two day one of your period can be 21 to 37 a cycle beyond this needs to be investigated and based on investigations treatment can be offered

Please do usg pelvis scan pcod or ovarian cyst or it might be normal ovulation also
