Period flow is decreasing
My periods are very regular but since 1 year my flow has decreased i.e on first day my flow is heavy and second day it is light and third day I see spotting. But before that I used to have regular 4 days bleeding. Is there any concern that need to be adressed
Please get Sonography done. Also get AMH level done

Decrease in flow of periods than usual is not of so concern until you are getting ur periods regularly. 3 days of bleeding or spotting also comes in usual menstrual cycle pattern. So donot worry.. if it changes more then consult ur gynecologist once
