Period delay and -ve test report

Hello My wife has regular cycle and always she will get period  between 26 to 28 days .now she delayed 35 days still no period .we tested urin in home it's shows -ve .she is suffering early morning burning sensation and pain while urinating .is serious effect .will she get period soon ?

She has Urine infection Get routine urine test done If the test is negative then you can take medicine to induce period.
