When can i expect my next period and what it will be like?

Yes it can be related to miscarriage,
Have u done any check up ultrasound scan to find out if abortion is complete or not..
Please get it done
Also after abortion periods can be little delayed and irregular
Just make sure u use contraception and don’t get pregnant during this period
