Hi, I am a mother of 4 months daughter. Its been 3 days since i got my first period and since then i am feeling that my breast milk supply has reduced? Does period affect breast milk supply? Hiw can we increase the supply?

No periods won't effect Breast milk supply. Frequent breastfeeding to baby can increase the milk production Also you can use lactaire granules
