I always get perineal tears whenever I have intercourse. It never bleeds but just pains a lot. The rest of my vaginal skin is also very sensitive and tears with the slightest of friction. What am I supposed to do?

Try being  well lubricated during the act You should be examined to rule out infection or any other underlying pathology
