Pericoronitis
I have pericoronitis since a day, it is painful and there is pain in swallowing as well. Will it settle by doing something at home to treat it or i need to necessarily get the tooth removed? I am already taking zifi 200mg n zerodol sp.

This pain and swelling is just a way of your body telling it's time to remove the tooth or else it may get infected .
