Perforation in ear
I had perforation in left ear, Frequently it creates ear wax many times there is infection in ear, also causes pain since 2 year i had this problem

But need to fallow your ENT surgeon regularly physically.
Avoid self medcation and putting ear drops.
If perforation as per your given information u having then need to do tempano plasty .

Perforation in eardrum usually needs surgery
But a few things very important to remember
- if it is minute and without any problem it can be left
- if pus discharge is regular a course of effective antibiotics is needed in consultation with ENT specialist
- If hearing loss is considerable then tympanoplasty is beneficial but how much can’t be predictable
- Avoid dropping of any ear drops without doctor advice
- if ear infection is frequent then cotton packing while taking bath , local hygiene of ear canal, steam inhalation , warm saline water gargles, intake of haldi ,adrak ,kali mirch, lahsun and avoiding khatta and thanda are very beneficial
