Discover what is it about you , that you are being ignored.
What qualities a out others are liked by them
Assertive communication - you can share with one of your friends that you are feeling ignored , may be you know the reason .
When you talk this don't blame but talk and discuss politely.
Did people ask you for help ? and if they did why didn't they value it. To know this you can try getting a feedback of the help you gave
Self development - improving communicating skills , understanding people , how to raise self esteem and self confidence....
Read books on these.
