Very rare presentation. I feel the patient had developed inflammation of the prepuce which led to narrowing of the preputial skin. It  caused paraphimosis. Patient did not seek medical attention immediately. That caused oedema and infection of glans and the presentation that it was 15 days earlier. Antibiotics and supportive treatment reduced oedema. Now it is going back to same state. I think after adequate antibiotics cover circumcision should be done. That may be permanent relief.
