Penis foreskin retraction

I have a problem with my penis's foreskin. My foreskin does not retract fully when erect. It does when the penis is flacid but not when it's erect. Also the head of my penis is very sensitive. Kindly suggest a solution to my problem.

This condition is known as phimosis. U may try any lubricant oil/ointment and do manual stimulation for some time. If problem persist u may require circumscion operation before marriage. Its small procedure, can be done by a good general surgeon.
