Penis Erection to pregnancy

I have Penis Erection issues and for that I am taking cernos 40mg and Tazzle 5mg daily.
I have erection and able to perform sexual intercourse.I am having sexual intercourse from past 1year but my partner is not getting pregnant.Could you please highlight/let me know some solution for the same.
