Several reasons can cause bed wetting. However just once or twice a year does not seem to be a reason for concern as it may because you had a tiring or stressful day hence you had deep sleep and could not get yourself upto the bathroom. If bedwetting is on a  regular basis then it's a matter of concern and seeing a therapist should help
Health Tips
-do not drink water before going to bed -make sure to go to washroom before retiring to sleep. -check with a physician to rule out diabetes

Hello I can understand your problem. Avoid fluids before going bed especially in winter season. If you take a proper treatment for this problem, you can recover from this issue. Don't worry.

Hi... There might be various possible reasons for this condition of yours. But the solution remains same. Follow these steps before sleep. 1. Do not drink too much water. 2. Keep your bed clean and organized. 3. Wash your feet, hands, and face before going to     sleep. 4. Keep an alarm for 4:45 am for you to wake up     and go to the washroom. 5. You can come back and sleep again. Peeing while dreaming also suggest that you are surrounded by certain problems/situations/issues/people that you feel like cleansing out. Seek Counselling/Psychotherapy for such issues.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Psychoanalysis will work well in your case.
