Sir, I have moderate sunken chest and during take off my shirt infront of others i feel low. I thought I am different from them. Is there any solutions ,any surgery, any exercise that it's completely gone .

Needs to be examined physically If associated spinal issue, can attempt surgical option. Only chest deformity requires examination to rule out the cause and plan management
