PCOS, starts bleeding in middle of cycle

Hello , I am having pcos and trying to maintain my lifestyle to manage it. This month I got my period without medicine but light bleeding starts again after 13th day of my period. Today is 3rd day and bleeding is still there. I am planning for pregnancy so is this a serious issue or a case of hormonal imbalance. Will it stop automatically or should i consult any doctor. Kindly help.
