1. Serum LH and FSH
2. Thyroid test empty stomach early morning
3. Serum Prolactin
4. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness

If your periods are delayed do a pregnancy test with morning sample urine . If pregnancy test is negative start Tablet Meprate 10 mg twice a day for 5 days.
