Pcod and menstrual pain 10 days before starting of my periods now I'm using ayurvedic medicine from 2 months but no changes in my problem it's difficult to conceiving pls help me doctor

U r hvng hormonal disturbances. U ll hv to b on proper diet , exercise and medication. Blood tests are also needed and accordingly further management. Later on u cn hv problems in conceiving so sort it out right away.
