How it is confirmed that someone has pcos? What test is done for this? If in the TVS scan report everything is normal & there nothing like poly cyst appears, also in follicular monitors nothing appear, then can we consider, we don't have pcos? Please advice.

The confirmation and diagnosis of pcos is by an  ultrasound where ovarian volume is more than 10 CC
