PCOD is a lifetime disease Basic maintainable weight and sleep pattern is important. your scan can show PCOD at any point of time but if your pweuods is regular. you are not suffering from Pcos disease

Lifestyle modification is the key for management of PCOS. Regular exercise, weight reduction, avoidance of junk food and plenty of citrus fruits are very important. Hormonal pills with antiandrogens are also widely used for its management.
