While on 3rd July we had an intercourse again and again he gives me an ipill after few minutes it ends Although he didn't ejaculate inside me. On 8 july I got a bleeding bright red and with cramps and it lasted for 5 days So should I be worried about pregnancy or should I take a pregnancy test

Yes you should do a pregnancy test in case you do not get your periods by 22of July Understanding that emergency pills have a high failure rate and the bleeding that you experienced is side effect called withdrawl bleeding
