Hi m suffering from pcod and doc suggested iui but my endometriosis is very thick so what is the solutions it's 16mm

First take tab meprate  10mg three times a day for 3daya then stop. Once Pds will come. Then start tab krimson  35one tab daily for 21days pds again come then restart new packet.  Like this for 6months And Tab  Metformin  500mg  twice a day for 90days
