My pcl surgery was failed ,what should i have to do ? can i go for second time surgery...or not? is there any problem after second surgery

What was the reason for the failure of 1st surgery.Need to discuss in detail regarding that,need to have a clinical examination.Review with New MRI. Can plan for surgery with clinical appointments examination and New MRI.
