Right kidney shows 2_3 concretions seen in mid and lower pole region. Evidence of mild hydronephrosis right side seen with evidence of a calculus measuring approx 1.25 cm seen in right renal pelvis.

Will need surgical management for the stone. It won’t go off with medication. RIRS is the best option for these kind of stones. Done with flexible ureteroscope and laser. No incision on the body.
