Partial tear of the anterior cruciate ligament

A week ago i got hurt in my left knee and after the MRI report, the results came out to be a high grade partial acl tear and bone contusion in lateral Femoral and tibial condyles. How long will it take to recover and will i be able to do everything normally without any problem after full recovery?
