Hi, first of all anxiety is a very common manifestation amongst all of us. So don’t be worried about it.
Instead of reacting to situations try to respond to it.
You ECG is normal except your Heart rate is little bit on a higher side.
Do not consider it a disease
It is just a behavioural effect so try to act on it.
Take the help of spirituality and have faith in god that you are in safe hands
Avoid Videos being shared in social media . Most of them are fabricated and exaggerated.
Minimal use of gadgets
Avoid tea and caffeine
Make a time table from getting up to going back to sleep
Do cycling or brisk walking 30min a day
Practice mediation
Avoid junk foods and spicy food.
And believe that you rule anxiety , anxiety doesn’t rule you.
