What could be the reason of palpitations if my ecg and 2d echo is normal. Thyroid,vit d3 and cbc is normal. I get some weird feeling in my stomach. And also I get tired very fast. If I climb stairs my heart beats very fast. I've tried beta blockers and everything.

Anxiety can cause palpitations, which is most common reason where every other reports are normal. Look for any gastritis and acidity and get treated if required. Physiological palpitations like on exertion, running, climbing stairs or any emotional outburst is a common finding and normal. This yoga and meditation.
