Is it possible to have palpitations and hyperventilation due to indigestion? Suddenly I woke up in the morning and then my palms were sweaty and my breathing became fast and also heartbeat then it went back to normal after 30 minutes, I don't have any heart issues, my BP is normal, blood tests are normal, sugar, ecg, echo and TMT are normal.

Check your thyroid status.. And also see drug history like.. intake of salbutamol... in cough syrup etc. You might also suffer from generalized  anxiety disorder. If you think you are hyperventillating.. get an ABG done... Take.. ppi in empty stomach Mild exercise  in the morning.. drink plenty of water. In severe cases you may need TCA and BDZ.. If symptoms doesnt get relieved..  go for thorough check up and consult a psychiatrist  for approval of the above mentioned drugs.
