Painful sex and Interstitial Cystitis

I suffer from chronic interstitial cystitis and pcod for many years. I feel extreme pain in my vagina during sex and feel the need to urinate immediately after sex. I am currently using lox jelly to get rid of the pain but i want to know is there any treatment to get rid of the pain completely? I don't want to use the lox jelly as it gives me no feeling.
