Pain while pee

I feel pain like pushing when urinating I got constipation post my delivery as it as not easy one my uterus was stitched to carry twins . I got stone in gall bladder so removed it .now I took all urine test and kidney scan everything seems normal and doctor said this is due to pelvic muscle is weak . Can constipation and pelvic muscle weakness cause pain when urinating ? What is the solution
