Pain while passing urine

Dear Mam / Sir , My daughter is 2 years and 2 months old . She is having pain while passing urine and she is crying badly as well . Please advice . Regards Rishika P.s. I have also started pediasure and oraxin syrup since yesterday since she was not gaining weight. Her current weight is 10.4 kgs

You should do urine routine report first....then if require do urine culture... If pus cells more in urine then do usg kub...
Next Steps
give plenty of lemon juice and other liquid...

It may be uti. Do urine routine microscopic examination and then consult. Give pcm syp.pcm and alkasol as per dose.

UTI  antibiotics will solve issue ,but why this happened and what is the extent , to know that get usg abdomen done ,to prevent make sure child has no constipation and give her adequate water

1)Get done Urine - routine & microscopy examination to rule out urinary infection. 2) Start paracetamol syrup and urine alkalizer. (Cital syrup). 3)if there is urinary infection, antibiotics will be needed.

Good morning You should also look for local redness, signs of infection/inflammation in private area because   vulvovaginitis can also cause similar symptoms. Clean it, maintain Good hygiene and get a urine R/M done.
