I have been jogging for the last 10 days, on Thursday while running I started feeling pain in my muscles exactly behind my knee. I felt pain which was like a cramp. I felt difficult while walking on Thursday I had one zerodal and the pain was off on Friday morning. I don't go for a run on Friday. On Saturday i resumed my running and i felt pain and was not able to jog. I am able to walk and not feel the pain. Can you suggest what can be done.
