Does braces make  pain in teeth while eating and for how long does the pain lasts for ?? I even cant have my meal well ie rice

They do. Braces are usually uncomfortable and can be painful because of the force they exert. It usually takes a week to adapt. If you are experiencing pain after removal of brackets....then also it will subside in few days.
