I am a working women in a mining industry. Feeling frequent pain and cramps under my naval and may be uterus area... foul smell in the naval and vaginal area, white discharge since the age of 13. Back ache also... Irregular periods since 4 5 months. Bleeding flow is reduced and period cycle has increased for 7 8 days...earlier it was just 4 days. Pain at the time of intercourse. facing major fat at my belly , 2 3 time urine infection. From last 2 3 months I m feeling darkness under my eyes.. feeling like dark circles I have done sonography in a govt hospital last 1 month ago the report was normal. But I am facing these symptoms for months. What should I do, any tests or check-up. Pls suggest.
